Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

• 1 Lettuce leaves, as needed for a bed
• 1 Tomatoes, sliced
• 1 Cucumbers, cut into 1/2-inch (1.3 cm) cubes
• 1 French Dressing or Mayonnaise Dressing, to taste

Instructions

1. 1. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Arrange them on a serving plate or shallow bowl to form a bed.
2. 2. Lay sliced tomatoes over the lettuce in a single, even layer.
3. 3. Place cucumber cubes — cut into 1/2-inch (1.3 cm) squares — on top of each tomato slice.
4. 4. Drizzle French Dressing or Mayonnaise Dressing over the salad just before serving. Serve immediately while the lettuce is still crisp and the tomatoes have not released significant liquid.
